COVID-19 UPDATE – New date announced
In response to the UK Government’s recommendations and our wider concerns related to COVID-19, we have decided to postpone our Summer Renewables Summit 2020. The new date will be Monday, 12 October 2020.
Given the uncertainty around how long physical distancing measures will be in place, we will of course continue to monitor the latest Government advice, work closely with the venue and share any further updates with you if and when they arise.
This change will not affect the content and structure of the event and we are working hard to make sure that the next Summer Renewables Summit is our best yet.
Challenges and opportunities for renewables in the Net Zero policy landscape
Aurora’s 2020 Summer Renewables Summit aims to deepen our collective understanding of what the future holds for the renewables sector.
This year we will focus on how different policy approaches to reach Net Zero could affect the deployment and economics of renewables, and what this will mean for developers, investors, utilities and other stakeholders.
We will share original analysis and insight from the Aurora team, and we will be joined by leading industry figures for debate and discussion in a half-day session in central London. Delegates at past Aurora Summer Renewables Summits have said that “the content, speakers, chairs and attendees exceeded expectations”.
