Aurora Energy Research announces a significant milestone in its expansion journey with the formal signing of the lease for its highly anticipated new Global Headquarters in St Aldate’s Chambers, Oxford, the former home of Oxford City Council. While the company is yet to physically occupy the space, the signed lease is a crucial step towards creating a dynamic and collaborative hub to foster innovation on a global scale.
The occasion was marked with the formal handing over of the keys in a short ceremony attended by Aurora Energy Research’s Founder and CEO, John Feddersen, and Councillor Ed Turner, Cabinet Member for Finance and Asset Management.
The interior will now undergo a comprehensive transformation with a contemporary design refit in partnership with office outfitters, Morgan Lovell, to deliver state-of-the-art facilities and collaboration spaces. The full relocation is scheduled to be completed by September 2024.
The new global headquarters further bolsters the ongoing hosting of the annual Aurora Spring Forum in Oxford. This annual initiative attracts the most important and influential figures in the global energy sector to the city.
