We are looking for a Manager with progressive technical experience, sharp coding skills and demonstrated success in managing software development teams for our Modelling Department. You will work with the Head of Modelling and have responsibility for the key areas of strategy, personnel, work planning, delivery and process management. You’ll play a key role in developing and mentoring the existing high-quality team, whilst hiring and on-boarding new members. The position suits an individual with demonstrated success in managing software development teams, who is an effective people manager with strong interpersonal and public communication skills.
