Operations Manager (Oxford, UK)

We are now seeking an Operations Manager to oversee all internal operations and enable Aurora to continue its rapid growth. Based in Oxford you will manage a small team responsible for the design, implementation, oversight and ongoing enhancement of the firm’s approach to operations, human resources, IT, compliance and culture. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer you will work as a key member of Aurora’s management team, playing a critical role in implementing the strategic plans of the firm. Previous experience leading teams, project planning, contract negotiation and strong people skills and at least 3 years’ experience across multiple roles such as project management, law, consulting start-ups or other relevant industry track are desirable. Events and Sales Coordinator (Oxford, UK)

Based in Oxford, we are looking for a master multi-tasker with great organisational skills to join our Commercial Team as our Events and Sales Coordinator. You will be responsible for coordinating Aurora’s flagship events such as our Spring Forum, Battery Storage Conference and Flexibility Conference as well as further promotional, business and social events. You will develop and coordinate these events, from initial project planning through to running the event on the day alongside the Head of Commercial. This will include creative ideas for events, agreeing and managing budgets and timescales, researching venues and suppliers, publicising the event, managing the invitation and attendee registrations and making sure that everything runs smoothly on the day. As an integral part of the Commercial Team, you will also support our client interactions including responsibility for organising the distribution of our content, defining and improving the formats of interaction as well as administrating and improving our CRM tools and processes. Energy Modelling Analyst (Oxford, UK)

We are looking for Modelling Analysts to contribute to our energy modelling efforts by developing analytical and computational tools, enhancing our modelling methodology, analysing data, formulating recommendations on future trends, and conveying insights to enhance clients’ and social decision making. Media and Marketing Associate (Oxford, UK)

Based in Oxford, you will shape and drive the public appearance of Aurora across all types of media as well as be instrumental in our closely related marketing activities. Working closely with our senior management team and directors, you will play a critical role in strengthening Aurora’s positioning as a thought leader in the energy world. Based in Oxford, you will work in a multi-national team with significant responsibility for our sales and client relationship activities as well as marketing our products and services. Based in Oxford, we are looking for a Data Analyst to contribute to our energy modelling efforts by developing data gathering, processing, analytics/statistics and visualisation tools. These tools will enable us to accurately and efficiently generate the data that underpin our energy models, as well as the data underlying Aurora’s energy market reports. You will gain a deep understanding of the energy markets, as well as continue to hone your skills in data analysis, statistics and programming. Intern (Berlin, Germany)

Joining our Berlin office, we are looking for intern(s) for a 6 to 12 week period or working student(s) for approximately 20 hours per week during the semester, to work with our Berlin team. You will actively contribute to our European expansion, understanding the regulation of new markets, conducting analyses and developing modelling approaches in close collaboration with our experts. This position suits current graduates or recent graduates of a bachelor’s or master’s programme. High performing graduates may be given the opportunity to join Aurora full-time after graduation.
