Part-time Legal Counsel (0.6 FTE)

We are looking for a UK qualified Legal Counsel with at least five years’ PQE preferably in a commercial or corporate practice. This is a highly visible role where you would be responsible for providing legal counsel and guidance to the management team, employees and the Board of Directors as appropriate. This will include protecting the company from legal action by interpreting laws and ensuring that it meets legal and regulatory requirements, providing advice concerning business transactions, working with the executive team concerning corporate transactions as well as advising on other corporate functions such as human resources, facilities and intellectual property. Team Assistant/Office Manager

We are looking for an all-round talent to support our Berlin Team and be responsible for a variety of organisational and administrative processes. Tasks include diary and office management, event management, recruiting and team development, assistance in contracting and finance, advancement of internal processes and the production of marketing materials. Previous experience as an assistant or similar role is required, as well as very good communicative and organisational skills and the ability to work in a dynamic and international environment.
