Part-time Legal Counsel (0.6 FTE)

We are looking for a UK qualified Legal Counsel with at least five years’ PQE preferably in a commercial or corporate practice. This is a highly visible role where you would be responsible for providing legal counsel and guidance to the management team, employees and the Board of Directors as appropriate. This will include protecting the company from legal action by interpreting laws and ensuring that it meets legal and regulatory requirements, providing advice concerning business transactions, working with the executive team concerning corporate transactions as well as advising on other corporate functions such as human resources, facilities and intellectual property. Team Assistant/Office Manager

We are looking for an all-round talent to support our Berlin Team and be responsible for a variety of organisational and administrative processes.
